$375 (INCLUSIVE OF TAX)

Rates Include :

1. Minimum stay: 3 nights – longer over Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year
2. English speaking villa manager.
3. Rates are quoted for the maximum number of guests as specified.
4. Rates include continental breakfast, delivered to the villa
5. Complimentary return airport transfer.
6. Baby cot & high chair provided FOC upon advance request at booking
7. Check in time is 3.30pm; check out time is 10.30am. Early check in and check out upon request and availability.

Rates Exclude :

1. A 500 to 2,000 USD security deposit is required to be paid on arrival in cash to be returned upon departure.

Cancellation Policy :

If a guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.
If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.

If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive:

• a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or
• a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before the start of the holiday.

A beautiful 3 double bedroom villa! Stunning open plan with lovely infinity pool and a sensational sea views. Everything you need is available and the staff are extremely helpful! Highly recommended!
